Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, keeping one side hinged to form a pocket.
  3. Layer the deli ham, salami, roast beef, and pepperoni inside each roll.
  4. Add slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese, pickled banana peppers, and sautéed onions on top.
  5. Arrange the sandwiches on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  7. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 2-3 minutes until the tops are crispy.
