- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Carefully slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, keeping one side hinged to form a pocket.
- Layer the deli ham, salami, roast beef, and pepperoni inside each roll.
- Add slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese, pickled banana peppers, and sautéed onions on top.
- Arrange the sandwiches on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Loosely cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 2-3 minutes until the tops are crispy.
