  • 2 tblsp Reduced Soy Sauce
  • 1 tblsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tblsp Sugar
  • 1 tblsp Sesame Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, egg, panko bread crumbs, chopped red onion, Asian chili garlic sauce, reduced sodium soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and various spices. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Once shimmering, add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. While cooking, prepare the Asian slaw by mixing coleslaw and matchstick carrots. Whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over slaw.
  5. To assemble, spread Garlic Chili Mayo on the bottom bun, place a patty, drizzle Hoisin Ketchup, and add slaw before topping with the other half.
  6. Serve immediately with optional sides like sweet potato fries or salad.
