- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, and parsley. Sprinkle in cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Wet hands gently and shape the mixture into oval-shaped patties, making about 10 to 12 kofta.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (180°C to 200°C). Brush grates with olive oil.
- Place kofta on grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Optionally add minced garlic.
- Remove kofta from grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve alongside garlic yogurt sauce.
