For the Skewers
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (red, green, yellow) Can add zucchini or cherry tomatoes

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade by blending garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, oregano, and salt until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken by dicing the thighs and coating them in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Soak the Skewers in warm water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Assemble the Skewers by threading chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately.
  5. Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat and lightly spray the skewers with cooking oil.
  6. Grill the Skewers for approximately 15 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through.
