Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Burgers
  1. Combine 1 pound of ground beef, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, ¼ cup of chopped onion, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper in a bowl. Mix until just combined.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (204°C).
  3. Shape the meat mixture into four equal patties, about ¾ inch thick, making a small indent in the center of each patty.
