Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover and let sit for 12 minutes. Then cool in ice water, peel and halve.
  2. Make the Filling: Mash egg yolks in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and spices, then mix well and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Season the Shrimp: Combine remaining spices with olive oil and coat the shrimp in the mixture.
  4. Sear the Shrimp: Heat skillet with olive oil, sear shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Assemble Deviled Eggs: Fill egg whites with yolk filling, top with a shrimp and jalapeño slice, and garnish with chives and lemon wedges.

Notes
