Cooking Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop all chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut chicken breasts into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken and prepared vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle in seasoning, then toss to coat.
- Tear off large squares of aluminum foil and place portions of mixture on each.
- Seal the foil packs tightly to contain flavors and moisture.
- Cook sealed packs on the grill or in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Rest the foil packs for a few minutes before carefully opening.
