Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare prosciutto on a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, kosher salt, black pepper, and flour. Blend until smooth. Stir in half of the crispy prosciutto, Gouda, and herbs.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Place the skillet in the oven to heat. Once ready, melt butter in the skillet.
  4. Pour batter into the hot skillet. Bake for 25 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. Top the Dutch Baby with reserved prosciutto, Gouda, and chopped herbs. Serve hot.
