  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Full-fat and softened.
  • 2 ounces Prosciutto Finely chopped.
  • 1/2 unit Orange Zest Zest of half an orange.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Chopped.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Roasted Pistachios Finely chopped.
For Garnishing
  • 12 pieces Castelvetrano Olives Mild-flavored.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in prosciutto, orange zest, and thyme into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 equal balls, rolling them smooth between your palms.
  4. Roll each ball in the chopped pistachios until fully coated.
  5. Transfer to a chilled plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Assemble appetizers by skewering an olive, a piece of prosciutto, and a bonbon on toothpicks.
