Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
- Push the browned beef to one side and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic on the other side for 3–5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes with their juices and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the Better Than Bouillon beef stock, tomato paste, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for 15–20 minutes until tender.
