  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Paste Adjust based on spice preference.
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice White or brown rice works well.
  • 1 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots Julienned or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Procedure
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chili paste. Mix well.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. While the beef is cooking, prepare the rice and chop the vegetables.
  5. To serve, place cooked rice in bowls, top with the cooked beef, and garnish with green onions, cucumber, carrots, and sesame seeds.
