Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven according to the chicken package directions, usually around 400°F (200°C). Place the crispy chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. While the chicken is baking, combine mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thawed corn and sauté for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Once the chicken tenders are baked, let them cool and slice into strips.
  5. Take a flour tortilla, spread a generous amount of the southwest dressing, and layer with romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans, sautéed corn, and chicken strips.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, cut diagonally, and serve with extra dressing on the side.
