Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the chicken package directions, usually around 400°F (200°C). Place the crispy chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the chicken is baking, combine mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thawed corn and sauté for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Once the chicken tenders are baked, let them cool and slice into strips.
- Take a flour tortilla, spread a generous amount of the southwest dressing, and layer with romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans, sautéed corn, and chicken strips.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, cut diagonally, and serve with extra dressing on the side.
