  1. Drain the excess water from the silken tofu and slice it into 1/2 to 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and optional chili oil. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the tofu slices for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  4. Remove the tofu, discard excess water, drizzle with soy garlic sauce, garnish with spring onions and coriander, and serve immediately.
