Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water before draining.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown (5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, melt butter, and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  5. Whisk in honey and Cajun seasoning, simmering for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce, warming through for about 1 minute.
  7. Add the drained pasta, tossing to combine. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
