  • 0.5 cup Grated mozzarella Can replace with more cheddar or other cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese mayo Regular mayo can be used as a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Can be omitted or reduced for less sweetness

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the Samyang carbo noodles according to package instructions; boil water, add noodles, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
