Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the fresh peaches thoroughly and slice each peach in half vertically, removing the pit carefully.
  2. In a large skillet, add the unsalted butter and turn the heat to medium. Allow the butter to melt and bubble for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Once the butter is melted, sprinkle in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, then stir continuously for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Place the peach halves cut side down into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden-brown caramelization forms.
  5. Gently flip the peach halves over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the skin side until heated through.
  6. Remove the peaches from the skillet and serve immediately, optionally drizzling with any remaining glaze and topping with ice cream.
