  • 1 pound Large uncooked shrimp Fresh or frozen Argentinian shrimp
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or pre-cut
For the Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sambal Can substitute with Sriracha or red chili flakes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce and sambal, whisking until well blended.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread shrimp and pineapple chunks alternately onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Using a pastry brush, generously coat both sides of the assembled skewers with the marinade.
  5. Prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat, about 400–450°F (200–230°C).
  6. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 3 minutes without flipping.
  7. Carefully flip the skewers over using tongs and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
