- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the miniature pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet and top each with a Rolo candy.
- Bake for 3 minutes until Rolos are shiny and slightly softened.
- Press a second pretzel onto each melted Rolo to form a sandwich and cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate or wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate and tap off excess.
- Sprinkle colorful decorations on each candy before chocolate sets and let sit for about 10 minutes.
