Step-by-Step Instructions for Bahama Mama Smoothie
  1. In a blender, combine frozen orange juice, frozen pineapple juice, coconut water, and coconut extract. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until slushy. Achieve a fluffy, creamy blend.
