- Soften butter until easy to spread. Mix with Parmesan and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Layer cheese, turkey, and more cheese on one slice. Top with the other slice, buttered side out.
- Heat skillet over low heat. Toast sandwich for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese melts. Press down with spatula.
- Flip sandwich and cook another 5-6 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is oozy.
- Prepare dressing by whisking mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, and seasoning. Mix in veggies.
- Remove sandwich from skillet, cool slightly, fill with dressed veggies, slice, and serve warm.
