Fruit Mix
  • 2 cups Black Grapes seedless recommended
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Blackberries choose ripe ones
  • 2 pieces Diced Plums ripe for maximum sweetness
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon White Balsamic Dressing add just before serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse black grapes, blueberries, and blackberries under cold water and pat dry. Slice plums in half, remove pits, and dice.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine black grapes, blueberries, blackberries, and diced plums. Toss gently.
  3. If desired, whisk white balsamic vinegar with honey, then drizzle over mixed fruits and toss.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, let the salad sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and garnish with basil.
