Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a fresh baguette into ½-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake the baguette slices for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  4. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Transfer the whipped feta to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 15-20 minutes.
  6. Warm honey over low heat for 2-3 minutes and stir in red pepper flakes.
  7. Spread the whipped feta on toasted baguette slices and drizzle with hot honey.
  8. Garnish with chopped pistachios or fresh herbs and serve immediately.
