Ingredients

For the Cream Mixture
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese Substitute with cream cheese for a slight tang or vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Regular granulated sugar can be used, but the texture will be grainier.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for best results; imitation vanilla works in a pinch.

  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries Frozen raspberries can be used but will release more juice.
