- Whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Prepare the raspberry puree and dip each ladyfinger into the puree for 1-2 seconds.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish and scoop half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over them.
- Repeat the layering process with another round of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and raspberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
