- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and position an oven rack in the center.
- Line your 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, vanilla extract, salt, lemon zest, and flour. Press into pan.
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and remaining 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, mixing well. Stir in yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and flour.
- Pour filling over crust and sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
