Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot over high heat.
  2. Add 4 black tea bags, 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, the zest of 1 orange, and 1 thinly sliced piece of fresh ginger to the hot water.
  3. Remove the tea bags, rosemary sprigs, and ginger slices after steeping.
  4. Strain the infusion to remove any remaining zest and bits, then mix in the freshly squeezed juice from 2-3 oranges.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
