Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Bacon Jam by following your favorite recipe and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey with all seasoning ingredients and form into patties.
  3. Heat skillet, add vegan butter, sear turkey patties for 4-5 minutes, then smash for a crispy exterior.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F, transfer patties to oven, bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Mix BBQ ranch sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and adjust flavor as desired.
