  • 1 cup dried cranberries
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar apple cider or white

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely shred about four cups of cabbage, either green or purple. Lightly sprinkle it with salt and let it sit for approximately 15 minutes.
