  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20) Can be swapped for ground turkey or chicken.

  • 1 small Yellow Onion Finely diced.
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles Chopped.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for spice.
For Frying
  • 2 cups Canola or Vegetable Oil Essential for crispy texture; can air fry as a healthier option.
  • 1 large Egg Mixed with water for egg wash; replace with milk wash if needed.
  • 1 tbsp Water For mixing with egg wash.
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Big Mac Sauce Creamy dip to elevate flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in the finely diced yellow onion, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the dill pickles and cheddar cheese until slightly melted. Set aside to cool.
  4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, moisten edges with egg wash, and add cheeseburger filling. Fold and roll to seal.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F, fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Whisk together Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth and serve alongside egg rolls.

Notes
