- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the finely diced yellow onion, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Remove from heat and mix in the dill pickles and cheddar cheese until slightly melted. Set aside to cool.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, moisten edges with egg wash, and add cheeseburger filling. Fold and roll to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F, fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth and serve alongside egg rolls.

These egg rolls can be frozen uncooked for up to 3 months and fried directly from frozen. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
