  3. Add the washed bean sprouts to the hot oil, spreading them evenly across the surface.
  4. Drizzle in soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes, stirring well to coat the bean sprouts.
  5. Let the oil sizzle for about 1 minute and then reduce the heat to medium-high.
  6. Sauté the bean sprouts for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute to prevent sticking.
