Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  3. Add the cooked sausage, bread cubes, and half of the cheese to the egg mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice and serve warm.
