Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add warm water, minced garlic, and herbs. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place the Dutch oven inside to heat.
  4. Remove the hot Dutch oven and coat with olive oil.
  5. Turn the rested dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a round ball.
  6. Transfer the dough to the Dutch oven and cover with the lid. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pot for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
