- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and slightly chunky.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Chill if sticky.
- Place 1 tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle of dough and roll towards the pointed end, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
