Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips at 50% power for 30 seconds; stir and repeat until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add vanilla extract. Fold together gently until fully combined.
  4. Cover the mixture tightly and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  5. After chilling, scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. For a glossy finish, dip each truffle in melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off before returning to the tray.
  7. Before the coating sets, sprinkle with orange zest or powdered sugar for decoration. Allow to set completely before serving.
